Walter Ray Parton (William Earl Parton Sr.'s Son) is pictured here on a motor car used on the Little River Railroad in 1927. Ray used this car when he worked in the machine shop. When repairs were needed at say "Fish Camp", they called into Elkmont and the repairs were delivered to them. If someone got sick at the "Fish Camp",then a doctor was taken to them.
