William Earl Parton Sr. was a blacksmith and he would build wagons for people. He made every part including the wheels, axels, bed, brakes,tongue,Doubletree and Singletrees. He made plows for people. He made sleds and everyone needed a sled! Here he is pictured in his blacksmith shop at Camp Eight Railroad Bridge on the Little River in 1911.
